THE FERNLEIGH TRACK
The Fernleigh Track is a popular shared pathway running from Adamstown to Belmont.
This 15.9km track is built along a former railway line and is a well maintained pathway making it a great spot to walk, run or cycle!
There are many points along the way that you can gain access so you can choose to do as little or as much as you like!
Public toilets, seats and water stations are available at different points along the pathway.
The track is in a peaceful bushland area and is suitable for all fitness levels.

THE TRACK
A 180 metre long former railway tunnel connects the cities of Newcastle and Lake Macquarie with many other relics to be found along the track.
