ECHUCA: Paddlesteamers on the Murray!

When visiting ECHUCA in Victoria, a cruise down the Murray River on a Paddlesteamer is a must!! The Murray River fleet has three Paddlesteamers:  PS Emmylou, PS Canberra and PS Pride of the Murray.  We boarded the PS Canberra which happens to be the oldest Paddlesteamer in the fleet - she's been on the water for over a century! PIZZA DOUGH Recipe!!

One of our favourite meals to have when we are away camping is homemade PIZZA! Our secret to the perfect pizza... using a pizza stone on the Weber Baby Q.  The pizza stone soaks up moisture and allows the base to become nice and crispy! We make our own dough and it is really quick, easy and best of all delicious. THE RECIPE! TIPS FOR MAKING THE BEST WEBER PIZZA! Newcastle Harbour Cruise

We had the perfect autumn day for our lunchtime cruise around Newcastle Harbour.   We were welcomed aboard the "Princess", a 28.5 metre vessel, and shown our seats ready to cruise the harbour! The vessel is licensed to carry 216 guests and has a fully enclosed air conditioned dining area with ample window viewing.  A spiral staircase allows for access to the upper deck where you can really take in the views.
