Warners Bay to Speers Point Foreshore Walk

You will find Warners Bay Foreshore Walk along The Esplanade in Warners Bay, around 20 minutes from Newcastle's CBD. The Foreshore Walk is an 8.9km walking track from Eleebana to Booragul. CAVES BEACH – Sea Caves & Rock Pools

CAVES BEACH is a small coastal town just 30kms south of Newcastle in New South Wales.  Caves Beach is a stunning stretch of coastline and a very popular spot to explore sea caves. Access to the sea caves is at the southern end of the beach and low tide is the best time to visit.  We parked in the car park just off Caves Beach Road, to the south of the Surf Club.  The lookout at the car park provides beautiful views of the caves and coastline. Throsby Creek Walking Loop, CARRINGTON (NEWCASTLE) NSW

There's nothing better than a Sunday afternoon stroll to finish off the weekend, especially by the water! The Newcastle Region has so many beautiful walking tracks to explore and we recently ticked off another one in Carrington. Carrington is a suburb of Newcastle and sits just north of the CBD. The track we walked along is part of the Newy Parkrun route and the distance we covered was just under 5kms. Newcastle Harbour Cruise

We had the perfect autumn day for our lunchtime cruise around Newcastle Harbour.   We were welcomed aboard the "Princess", a 28.5 metre vessel, and shown our seats ready to cruise the harbour! The vessel is licensed to carry 216 guests and has a fully enclosed air conditioned dining area with ample window viewing.  A spiral staircase allows for access to the upper deck where you can really take in the views. YACAABA WALKING TRACK Location: Hawks Nest, NSW (Myall Lakes National Park) Distance: 6.3km return to the Beach Road Car Park Time frame: 2.5 hours... this was with a nice rest at the top and some geocaching too!
