SHIPWRECK WALK – Stockton Breakwall

With a concrete pathway stretching from the bridge to the end of the breakwall, Stockton is a great place to get out and enjoy some fresh air with beautiful water views! From Stockton Breakwall you can take in the views of Stockton Beach, look back across the harbour to the City of Newcastle and quite often watch the tugs work as they bring the big ships into the port. Throsby Creek Walking Loop, CARRINGTON (NEWCASTLE) NSW

There's nothing better than a Sunday afternoon stroll to finish off the weekend, especially by the water! The Newcastle Region has so many beautiful walking tracks to explore and we recently ticked off another one in Carrington. Carrington is a suburb of Newcastle and sits just north of the CBD. The track we walked along is part of the Newy Parkrun route and the distance we covered was just under 5kms. Newcastle Harbour Cruise

We had the perfect autumn day for our lunchtime cruise around Newcastle Harbour.   We were welcomed aboard the "Princess", a 28.5 metre vessel, and shown our seats ready to cruise the harbour! The vessel is licensed to carry 216 guests and has a fully enclosed air conditioned dining area with ample window viewing.  A spiral staircase allows for access to the upper deck where you can really take in the views.
