The ANIMALS ON BIKES tourist trail is a 120km self drive that showcases some very creative sculptures in the paddocks along the way. ABERCROMBIE CAVES, Abercrombie River NSW

ABERCROMBIE CAVES is located within Abercrombie Karst Conservation Reserve and is an impressive limestone cave system. The entrance archway is the largest in the Southern Hemisphere. In the 1850s the Archway became a meeting place for gold miners due to the shelter it provided. The Silos in Portland are officially named "The Foundations". Painted in 2018 by Artist, Guido Van Helten, the portraits are of men and woman that worked at the old cement works and are still living in Portland today. WHERE IS IT? The Old Glen Davis Shale Oil Works, GLEN DAVIS NSW

Just near Coorongooba Campground is the old Glen Davis Shale Oil Works that was in operation from 1940-1952. Guided tours are available on Saturday afternoons.
