Boomi River Picnic Area – Mungindi, NSW

Boomi River Picnic Area is a large free camp beside the river, just south of Mungindi.

There is a flat area beside the road, however, if you follow the dirt road down to the river there is a huge area around 300 metres off the road that is perfect for camping!

WHERE IS IT?

10kms south of Mungindi, just below the NSW/QLD border.
